Thank you for applying for a rebate! You should receive a submission confirmation email from the Scottsdale Water Conservation Office.

Email us at WaterConservation@ScottsdaleAZ.gov if you do not receive your submission confirmation within 24 hours (check junk/spam folders).
 
We will email removal applicants within two weeks and WaterSense devices applicants within two months with application status. Please contact us after this time if you do not receive a status update on your rebate application.

Do not begin your removal project until you receive a Notice to Proceed from the Water Conservation Office.
