WATER CONSERVATION REBATE PROGRAM

Please note that applicant must follow program requirements to be eligible.

Smart Irrigation Controllers: Receipt must be itemized to show the cost of the device, minus any installation, shipping, tax, etc. and must be dated from 7/1/2023 through 5/1/2026.

NEW Home Landscape rebate: Rebates are available for single-family homes purchased within the last two years.
​
Single Family Residential Turf Removal: To qualify minimum removal area is 500 ft2 of warm season Bermuda grass, OR complete removal of all turf if area if less than 500ft2. Contact conservewater@surpriseaz.gov for a pre-eligibility approval before removing grass.
